The Azure Latch Yo Hiori quest progresses through objectives tied to base Isagi, Kurona, and NEL Isagi. The official quest card checked August 28, 2026 lists named moves and displayed counts for each phase. This is a dependency-heavy route: do not start by rolling away a prerequisite or assuming a similar move from another Style will count.
Use the live quest panel as the final authority. The official card provides the structured route, while current wording, counts, success conditions, and private-server eligibility can change.
Quest route at a glance
Counts above are the dated card snapshot, not a promise that a future update will keep the same total. Confirm each number in your panel.
Dependency and Storage checklist
Hiori’s route requires access to several Styles across stages. Confirm the exact Isagi, Kurona, and NEL Isagi versions you need. If NEL Isagi is not unlocked, complete its separate quest route before expecting to finish Hiori.
Keep currency in reserve for Storage management and do not reroll a kit until all its Hiori objectives visibly show complete. The Cash guide and Style Coins guide explain normal earning and conversion without promising unchanged prices.
Write down the starting counts. A single credited action proves your current Style and server setup before you repeat the sequence.
Base Isagi phase
The checked card lists ten Direct actions, five My Direct actions, five Move It actions, and Reflex. Exact capitalization or labels in the client may vary, but the named move and required success state must match the active quest.
Begin with ordinary Direct attempts. Determine whether credit requires activation, contact, or a successful outcome by comparing the panel after one attempt. Then isolate My Direct and Move It rather than chaining several named actions and guessing which received credit.
For Reflex, read the live target and ball-state requirement. A defensive or reactive move usually depends on another player’s action. Coordinate a repeatable setup and keep the goal side so a failed quest attempt does not ruin the match.
Kurona phase
The official card lists five Flow actions, ten Dog Guard steals, and an Orbital Resonance auto-goal objective on its dated snapshot. Equip the correct Kurona and verify the move labels in Storage.
Build Flow through useful football actions, then attempt only the Kurona variant the quest requests. Do not press G as soon as it becomes ready if the ball and teammate are too far away. The Flow guide provides a state checklist.
For Dog Guard steals, approach goal side and wait for a real possession touch. An animation that misses the ball is unlikely to count. For Orbital Resonance, coordinate with the relevant teammate and reproduce the live pass/goal order exactly. Check whether the goal must be completed by the server’s automatic sequence rather than a manual follow-up.
NEL Isagi phase
The checked card lists Neo Direct ten times, five Meta-Burst steals, Trap five times, one Lefty Shot, and Rebirth. Open the NEL Isagi Style guide to separate grounded, airborne, possession, steal, and Flow states.
Group Neo Direct and Trap work into controlled passing sessions. Use one repeatable passer and verify which arrival produces credit. Treat Meta-Burst as a successful steal objective, not merely an activation. Protect the goal side and secure the ball afterward.
Save Lefty Shot and Rebirth for structured Flow possessions. Build the meter normally, identify the required ball state, and activate close enough to complete the requested branch. If another move appears, compare the equipped Style and state with the live description.
A low-waste completion plan
- Activate the Hiori quest and record every live label and count.
- Finish all base Isagi objectives before changing Storage.
- Equip Kurona, prove one Dog Guard credit, then complete its counted goals and Flow interaction.
- Complete or confirm NEL Isagi ownership.
- Finish NEL Isagi’s ordinary direct, trap, and steal goals before the rare Flow actions.
- Return to the quest interface, claim if prompted, and verify Hiori in Storage.
Group objectives by Style, not by whichever action looks easiest. That prevents repeated rolls or Storage swaps.
Troubleshooting missing credit
Check that Hiori is the active quest and the correct phase is unlocked. Confirm the Style version, move name, ball state, target player, Flow state, and success result. Reopen the panel after one attempt.
For paired actions such as Orbital Resonance, confirm both players’ Styles and the exact order. For steals, make sure possession actually changes. For shots, determine whether the live wording requires a goal. If a server repeatedly fails to update an otherwise exact action, retry in another healthy public server and preserve before/after evidence.
Common Hiori quest mistakes
- Beginning before NEL Isagi is available as a later dependency.
- Rerolling Isagi or Kurona before all objectives for that phase complete.
- Counting move activations when the quest requires a successful steal or goal.
- Using a visually similar move from the wrong Style version.
- Attempting Flow actions while the ball is unreachable.
- Repeating a paired sequence without confirming the action order.
- Forgetting the final claim or Storage verification.
Hiori quest FAQ
Which Styles does the quest use?
The official checked route is organized around base Isagi, Kurona, and NEL Isagi objectives.
Do the displayed counts ever change?
They can change with updates. The counts in this guide reflect the official card checked August 28, 2026; use your live panel for the current requirement.
Why is NEL Isagi required so late?
The quest builds through several Isagi-linked phases. Complete the dedicated NEL Isagi quest first if you do not already own that Style.
Does a move need to score or steal successfully?
Follow the live objective verb. “Use,” “score,” and “steal” are different conditions. Verify credit after the first attempt before repeating it.
